Your luxurious charter yacht will await you in the spectacular city of Split, known for some of the best-preserved Roman remains in the world. The second-largest Croatian city faces the shimmery Adriatic and offers an eclectic mix of historical heritage, vibrant culture, and gorgeous beaches. One gelato stroll and you’ll quickly understand why Emperor Diocletian chose this sheltered, sunny bay as the location of his marbled palace.
Start your adventure with a refreshing drink on board as you prepare to discover more dazzling hotspots, such as Sibenik, the town known as the architectural gem of this beautiful coastal country. Did you know only 5 cities have 2 UNESCO monuments? Sibenik is among them, and enjoys a highly privileged position, as it is located just by two divine natural parks - Krka and Kornati.
Day 2: Sibenik to Kornati
Prepare for incredible contrast - after admiring the Gothic-Renaissance cathedral of the mesmerising Sibenik, it’s time to go into the wild! The Kornati archipelago consists of 140 mostly uninhabited islands where you can fully surrender to the azure vistas and verdant scenery. The indented coastline earned this set of islands the status of “Europe’s yachting paradise”. This part of your yacht charter itinerary is the perfect opportunity to snorkel, dive, and admire the mastery of nature!
Day 3: Kornati to Zadar
After you’ve lived out of your childhood Robinson Crusoe fantasies, it’s time to visit Dalmatia’s sweetheart, the belle-epoque city of Zadar. The marble-paved promenade is dotted with Romanesque churches, Roman columns, and charming cafes. In the mood for some retail therapy? You’ll find everything from luxury brands to artisan shops selling natural cosmetics, wine, and olive oil here!
Day 4: Zadar to Molat
If you pride yourself in discovering natural jewels unknown to tourists, this secluded piece of heaven will surely take your breath away! From afar, Molat looks like a shiny emerald warmly embraced by the turquoise Adriatic sea. But as your luxury charter yacht moors in the dreamy harbour, you will quickly get the chance to walk around the maze of enchanted old streets and experience the seductive Dalmatian gourmanderie. After a hedonistic tour of picturesque tavernas that abound in this natural harbour, you may want to admire the vistas while snorkelling, hiking, or diving.
Day 5: Molat to Rab
To capture photos from your yacht charter holiday that don’t require a filter, charge your batteries for the charming island of Rab! With over 30 sandy beaches, this little oasis is also the perfect place to acquire a cinnamon tan or simply catch up on your vacation reading.
Day 6: Rab to Krk
The northernmost island in Dalmatia and one of the largest in the Adriatic has everything you could expect from a summer holiday getaway. One of the most populous islands in Croatia boasts cosmopolitan looks, with an architecture that blends Venetian, Roman, Avar, and Habsburg features. Here, you’ll find some of the best Croatian delicacies, including delicious olive oil and prosciutto, so you might want to use your time for some souvenir shopping as well!
Day 7: Krk to Opatija
Your next port of call is the pastel-hued neoclassical city of Opatija which became a popular resort time already in the 19th century. A walk by the sophisticated “Lungomare” promenade will make you feel like an aristocrat from the Habsburg era - if you wish to make the experience even more refined, we recommend booking a table at the Ariston Villa, a restaurant known as one of the most impressive gastronomic spots in Croatia.
Day 8: Opatija to Rijeka
As you reach the last day of your luxury yacht charter holiday, it’s time to visit Rijeka, a city that flaunts both turbulent history and a dynamic, upbeat present. Perhaps you’d like to get a panoramic view of the dashing Kvarner bay - walk up the Trsat tower that dates to prehistoric times. While the uphill walk may be taxing, the vistas are priceless! Or perhaps you’d like to breathe in the sea-scented air in one of the hip cafes the Corso is lined with.
